My Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle was fresh and very warm. McDonalds gets Door Dash right! My order is always correct and very well packed.

Mcdonald's told my driver that they dont have my order. then when they gave him the order they tried to give the wrong one with half my stuff missing. im lucky i had a great driver who confirmed with a picture before leaving the store. Big macs were soggy and drenched in too much sauce. Dr pepper was syrupy and barley carbonated which i have never had an issue with prior to this time. one burger was pretty cold do to the store having to make another one while my driver waited because they couldnt get the order right even though i asked them multiple times if they needed my order details to which they responded 'no it will show up for us'. obviously not because they gave my dasher the wrong order at first. im pretty dissatisfied but it is what it is. my dasher was a 10/10 but the mcdonald's store experience was a 0/10 this time. i hope they can do better next time.
