The fries were hard and actually hurt my teeth, I asked for extra salted fries and these had none. The nuggets were rock hard and dry. They told the dasher they were making them fresh and didn't have my order yet but these are old and cold.

If you want ice cream or a frappe, DON'T go to this location. For months now, every time I go (which is very often), they are unable to make these items. Also, their fries are consistently undercooked.

every time we order from the store it is short on the quantity we ordered a 40 piece nugget and only got 38 nuggets. every time I order from the store we have the same issue
