Food was fresh, everything as expected . Packed very well. Dasher was five star as well.!

Did not follow order instructions, requested burgers plain - they were covered in condiments and onions. Paid for extra fries, Apple Slices and a sweet tea - did not receive those items.

I ordered the Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal but didn't have bacon on it and both our burgers and fries was cold but this is the only time my food wasn't right and cold any other time their food is hot and right
