I know my order was in the middle of the night, but my French Fries are stale, not cold but definitely stale and just re-warmed. Same with my 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets®, they were stale tasting and obviously just reheated.

Multiple times has forgotten items from my order. Almost always drinks or shakes, as they don't fit in the two-part carrier inside the bag and they don't seem to bother putting them in there if you're getting more than two.
