Quality Control. I was charged $.30 each for sauces I wanted and DID NOT receive. Does straws,napkins, ketchup and salt & pepper need to be ordered and paid for now? NONE were included,either. JA

The burgers are(most) always the way I requested. Fries are good but COULD be a lot hotter when they arrive...and not half of them falling out of the fry container.
