• DoorDash orderOrder took well over an hour to receive for just a large chips. When I got them, which I was assured would be made fresh when dasher got there, the pack was half full and cold. Very disappointed and not the first time my order has not been up to standard.

• DoorDash reviewI've ordered from Penrose McDonald's four times now and have yet to have my order accurately done. Missing items and soggy/stale burgers. Mt Wellington is always perfect tho, probably bc they treat their staff good.

• DoorDash ordermissing items as always I called the store was told nothing could be done ask door dash for refund useless, no chips ,no nuggets, burger McChicken Chomp got a apple pie and drink and BBQ sauce like 😢 was dinner for my son
