the food that was delivered was good, hot and fresh, but one of my items was completely missing. normally, this alone wouldn't be enough to warrant a 2 star rating, but often I find that when I order from here I'm missing something small, either a straw, or sauces or something.

The Cookie feels like it's fresh and the food is still warm. There's a good amount of onions on the Quarter Pounder® with Cheese. The only thing I can say negative is that there isn't enough ketchup especially with the amount of onions on the burger, but they did add in ketchup packets without me having to ask so that makes up for it

Received wrong product for shake and it was mixed with coffee. Fries were supposed to be no salt and were extra salty and cold. Burger was not fully cooked.
