Every time I order something is missing from my order it would be great if you could make sure the right items are in the right order in the future

Every order either something is missing !!!
The burgers are missing key ingredients
How?
The food quality is well below standards and clearly the staff need some more training and someone running the show or start rehiring !!
How can i order a cheese burger meal and only recieve the chips ?

Cement nuggets in the bin again stale bread-rolls ,small chips instead of large , not one care given to what is made and sent out from this store
