food was cold by the time the dasher got to my house. My Frozen Fanta® Blue Raspberry was half melted as well. Burgers were dryer than the air I couldn't even finish the 2nd one

burger arrived burnt to hell and back... I've literally never seen anything like it come out of this chain... I legit thought something else was between the bun. ended up tossing it.
normally not like this, from my experience. hopefully this gets addressed.
