This store used to have some issues with forgetting sauces, entire items of food, entire desserts, and entire drinks. HOWEVER, my last several orders have not only been perfect in terms of special requests and everything item being there, but also in terms of being fresh and well made. They've definitely earned my re-rate from 1 star to 5.

Our orders are wrong 7/10 times. I wanted no cheese and they add cheese. Fries were also hard as a rock.

Everything was cold. Sandwich poorly assembled. The egg felt like it had been refrigerated. 2 tiny pieces bacon. Bagel seemed stale

The last time I ordered biscuit & gravy with an extra biscuit the extra came separate so I could enjoy it with honey.this time it came in the plate with the gravy. Not enough gravy to really cover both biscuits so ihad 2 soggy biscuits with hardly any gravy.

Hotcakes were cold, almost like they had just bee taken out of fridge. Was not due to slow delivery. Butter almost frozen. Unable to spread on cold hotcakes mcMuffins were warm enuf.
