Quad burger was great. Free Big Mac was dry with barely any sauce, lettuce, pickles, etc.

Fries were crunchy and stiff like they'd been in the fryer twice. Ordered triple QP -w- cheese. Was nice and fresh but grease-soaked bun, and a grease-soaked bag. You'd think they could at least do a little better than that.

I always mess up when ordering online, they are always very patient and polite. And they always get it right. My standard order is a double cheeseburger but I always have them substitute the dehydrated onions with fresh delivered onions. Try it, it might change your standard order.

First off, they neglected to mention that the coffee maker that made my order of coffee was out of order, so they sent me none, but still charged me. Once my dasher came and realized there was no coffee, he went back to get me my coffee. While he was gone, I started to eat. The hashbrown was way undercooked, and the sandwich was burnt and didn't have half of what was supposed to come on it. When I finally got my coffee, it wasn't at all what I had ordered, not even close to what I asked for even after calling them back. Absolutely awful.
