The buns were hard on both items my fries are limpy like they got mixed with old and new fries overall just not good service

I ordered the big breakfast and they forgot my sausage and didnt give me a straw for my tea!! The food here is good and fresh sometimes but the service sucks. This is the fourth time this has happened to me in the last 6 orders😑😑😑😑
