• DoorDash orderMissing ingredients, burger was sloppy and not like usual. The door dash man was kind. But the order itself was soggy, cold and not fresh. The door dash man had the order in the correct packaging and I saw him keep it in the warmer bag. The McDonald's order was doe in a rush.

• DoorDash orderDasher had to wait at the store for quite a long time for my order to be ready for pick up, which I assumed meant they weren't cooking my order fresh, however when I recieved the order the fries were cold and starting to go stiff. Considering the driver took less than 10mins to bring them to my house, and the fact that dashers are required to use insulated bags for all orders, they were definitely not fresh when they were picked up from the store.
