The food was not tasty. It did not taste like it was freshly made. It tasted like it had been sitting around. It also did not look appealing/presentable.

I chew ice and I guess this is a small complaint, but I've never once received extra ice in my drink. After the fiftieth time, I'm really frustrated. Same thing when I drive thru at this location as well. Especially when I'm paying so much for a small thing. This isn't even a regular amount of ice.

it's not that the food is bad but every time I order the dinner box and I ordered it up quite a bit they always leave the nuggets out and at least one big man sometimes I'll even put the sauce in there but not the nuggets who puts the sauce in there nothing nuggets who does that
