They have improved massively recently. They used to always forget key items in my order, (which Door dash would generously refund) but I have not had a missing item in a long time. The food quality is consistent with other McDonald's locations so it's the McDonald's flavor you've always loved.

The burgers were good. Albis, the dasher. was not! Could not even call me for help. Food was totally cold.

this McDonald's location on Mason always messes up our orders and always send either the wrong food or they're missing ingredients. always seems to disappoint my son!!! they serve cold food old food and salted food such a disappointment!!!!
