This is a hit or miss and most of the time, its a miss.
You ask them to remove an item, like pickles and guess what? You'll get pickles.
The fries are the same, most of the time a miss. Either too gresy, no salt, or old. It's like there are no standards and managment dont care. A shame that I gotta look elsewhere for decent food that is worth the money I spend. Go elsewhere

it was rush hour yet I received cold fries and it wasn't because of the driver as I am a block away from the location and the driver came directly to me. as well as my order was not correct as someone added tomatoes to my quarter pounder which I am allergic to and they forgot the nuggets. normally I get good service from this McDonald's but my last order they definitely dropped the ball.
