McDs(San Carlos) is normally good to excellent for most breakfast items. I'm not sure if it is the holiday rush? Poor staffing numbers on the part of management most likely...but their espresso drinks as advertised are not being prepared.
So you may or may not get what you order /and or not at all. Just keep that in mind, if you need your caffeine drinks like the Caramel Macchiato which was not prepared as advertised (none of the toppings) + the Caramel Frappé (they were totally out of by before 9:30am. The items that did arrive, were good, minus the Oatmeal , because the toppings were not packed. This was not a dasher issue, since the delivery bags are sealed at this location. McDs (San Carlos), please try to at minimum, pack what is advertised for your customers!
The good on this order: The 2 Cookies + Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel Meal were good, and included the drink requested!

I made this more complicated by adding another sausage patty and another folded egg to my Sausage Egg Biscuit Meal They got it right and it was delicious. The Steak Egg Cheese Biscuit was as usual slightly oversalted.

Double quarter pounder was dry and rubbery. It had been sitting for a minute. Everything else was solid.
