My order was missing the ice cream sundae. The store advised me that they were out of ice cream and the item was supposedly cancelled. HOWEVER, THE ITEM WAS NOT DELETED FROM MY RECEIPT AND I WAS CHARGED $2.89 FOR THE MISSING ITEM. Otherwise, the cookies were warm and fresh -- the burger and fries were not even warm.

The fries were really good this time and the frappé and the iced caramel mochiotto is delicious and perfectly made. The BlueBerry muffin is also so good it keeps me coming back

Great job as usual. People complain about McDonald's, but I like McDonald's. The smoothies and sausage biscuits are my favorite.
