I received only 3 of the 13 cookies I ordered for $5.79. And the frappe didn't have the shot of espresso as ordered for $7.79. The hot cakes were fluffy and buttery, so yummy.

My Caramel Frappe was like water thin

Ordered mocha frappes with our meals and never got them. They put a note on the bag saying no frappes. If you don't have an item, remove it from your menu... Also got undercooked fries that were only half full.

Frozen coke was bad. It tasted nasty and the appearance was weird. Never bothered to communicate problem or replace with something else if machine is not working.
