it took McDonald's 20 minutes to get the food to the driver while he waited for 20 minutes. My fries were hard as rock and my burgers were cold flooded with ketchup

Normally I have a good meal. Today I had one of the worste burgers of my life. I have never seen or touched a greased soaked sponge of a burger in my life before. I had the Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal and everything was fine till I got to the burger, box covered in grease. buns soaked and soggy from the grease. tried to move past it couldn't even get one bit out. Thing tasted like you got soup but all they added for seasoning was dirt from under a car and some road salt. Best way I can explain it. Mcdees get your priorities straight how do you serve a burger so soaked it makes the under side of the box wanna buckle.
