McDonalds is McDonalds, but the Auburn Rd location never disappoints. Food is always fresh and accurate.

I've ordered the snack wrap with extra cheese several times and there's never been extra cheese and there's so much lettuce you can hardly see anything else. DoorDash support keeps denying my request for a partial refund for this even though the restaurant messed up my order and I paid extra for an item I did. It get. Chicken is also very tough and chewy and hard in places.

Chicken was extremely undercooked. Raw and chewy almost like rubber. I can't believe they sent the food out in this condition. I know mcdonald cooks food on a timer so I'm sure they took it out early. I was to busy at the moment to take pictures and all of that for a refund but I would've if I could.

Solid McDonald's. Consistent. Careful prep. Slow drive through when there but I gladly sacrifice speed for quality and consistency with my food. The worst thing this place ever did was forget happy meal toys once or twice and once again, I barely cared because the food is solid. This place used to be a joke but it really really got better in the last 2 years.

The Auburn rd store is much better than the Rochester Rd store. Will be ordering from this store from now on even though it's further away. Order was perfect. Rochester Rd store always forgets a lot of items and bad quality/service. Didn't realize you could switch locations by going to the McDonald's website for the store you want, selecting delivery and clicking DoorDash. Opens it in the app automatically.
