My Big Mac meal was good except for my Sprite. It was extremely flat and had no ice. Besides that great!!!

I ordered a two cheeseburger meal I ordered both the cheeseburgers plain took everything off besides the cheese, I get burgers with cold cheese not even melted a cold patty on both burgers, diced onions on the burger and my fries are drenched in grease and freezing cold..

no way to ask for creams for coffee in app. just says add coffee. so I always text the driver and ask for them to ask for cream, McDonald's always says no. there should be a way to ask for cream in coffee. drives me nuts! i like a lot of cream not 2 in large, its basically black. super unhappy.
