Asked for iced tea and cookies and got lemonade & pies but it made me laugh lol but the food was yummy!

everything was horribly made. my frap had HUGE chunks of ice i could hardly drink it, my hasbrown was soft and the egg on the sandwich was disgusting and runny. i have never had this experience before so disappointing
