Seems platter left under heat lamp too long. Eggs had that hard dry egg crust on top. Sausage also over cooked.

The Dasher himself was amazing. The only problem is with the food from the restaurant. I’m missing a whole patty the food then it taste so good chicken nuggets taste like they were sitting there for hours.
