I ordered on a Thursday night at 9pm. Whoever was working that night deserves a raise because my chicken nuggets and my French Fries were hot and crispy upon arrival.
After several disappointments leading up to that day, I thought I was never going to order from this place again.

fries were cold. McCrispy™ Meal was old and chewy. 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® seemed very old. overall the food was awful.

Ordered just befofe6pm. Order is missing cheeseburgers x2, the nuggets are old, and the fries are a mix of old and soggy fresh.

Packaging is excellent. Our food were Package separately inside a large sealed bags. no spills. food and coffee hot.
Only caveat which is minor is no pancake syrup. Thank goodness for those saved unused syrup from past orders.

I ordered a big mac meal and checked the option of "no big mac bun" off assuming it meant I wouldn't get the extra bun in the middle as the big mac is the only burger with that option on here. It showed up with no buns at all and instead was ultimately a salad with meat cheese and pickles on the side in a plastic container with a fork and a knife. It makes no sense at all. I find it annoying when I just wanted to get rid of the extra bun and ended up with this
