Was given the option to select 6 sauces and only revived 3. Everything else was hot and fresh but The 4 people eating the meal had to share 3 sauces and it just was disappointing

I ordered 2 classic Egg Mc Muffins. Both had the inside rim of English muffin burned. It smelled & tasted burned. Can't they make you a new one if they burn it? Very disappointed
