Fries are always cold. I live just a couple of minutes from McD's. They use to have good food and cheaper prices. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I'll give them another chance after that I'm done.

Every time we order cheeseburgers with extra, we never get any extra of anything and NEVER get onions and one very little pickle slice. EVERY SINGLE TIME.... we don't order fast food often but when we do, it's McDonald's and we love their cheeseburgers especially because of the onion and pickles. Is anyone else having this problem with your orders from them?

Crispy Chicken Biscuit Meal chicken seem to be cooked in old grease maybe. it was dark brown. tasted funny. couldn't eat the chicken but I ate the bread.

First time in awhile that I got a fresh warm bigmac. But now my fries were greasy, flaccid and clearly not done and they were cold.
