Food was made incorrectly. Food was cold. Chicken patties and fries are hard on the ends. Paid for items that we did not get. Ordered basket of fries it was like a medium fry. If I wanted a medium I would have ordered that. This is the worst preparation of food. HORRIBLE!!! Come on McDonalds, your business makes way to much money to drop the ball like this. Just Horrible.
