Burgers were burned and overcooked. Fries were undercooked and not filled to the top. If I'm paying $5 for a pack of large fries, I deserve well cooked fries and cooked properly. Employees are not following McDonald's protocol on cooking techniques and timers. I went to McDonald's in Los banos and their burgers taste like a high end burger compared to this Ashlan location. Every burger I have received for the past 6 months are burned. I have pictures lol

I love McDonalds and eat here often however the chicken was burnt and tasted very dry. I ordered an extra chicken breast and it was burnt also. I don't have teeth but usually have no problem eating the chicken sandwiches but I paid $20 for one meal and had to give the chicken Pattie's to the dog. Very disappointed. I think they were cooked and old and they just threw them back into the fryer to get them warm. SMH. On a good note the fries were amazing and fresh.

Wish I could give it a 0 star. Was given 3 nugget sized tenders and a turd looking one. They also forgot the fries too. Not worth the money at all.

Chicken nuggets were overcooked and tasted like they were fried in dirty/burnt oil. Same issue for the fries. Aside from the fact that we ordered 3 large fries and they only filled out fry cartons LESS than half full, they tasted horrible, like they were fried in dirty/burnt oil. There were some small issues with out burgers too, but they weren't too bad so we ate them anyway. Overall things were ok, but I wouldn't order from that location again

This is the second time I ordered a cheeseburger with my order & both times it was dry as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My Quarter Pounder was dry too, the meat was burnt around the edges. My fries were hot towards the middle of the container. I can honestly say, the best thing about my order was the Sweet Tea & my dasher was excellent.
