Dasher Edgar was great, very curteous and professional! Most of the time when dashers give good service I give an extra tip. Today's order was not so good. My steak, egg, and cheese MC griddle was overcooked. The steak was hard with burned onions, the MC griddle was overcooked and chewy. My neighbor said her Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was overcooked as well. The frying oil is needs to be changed, it made the hash browns taste heavy and horrible. This is about the fourth or fifth time I've paid for butter, asked for other condiments and did not receive them. It's really embarrassing when you order food to share with a friend (s), and you don't get what you paid for. I just don't understand it.

The food was packaged well. We were disappointed with both large orders of French fries. They were extremely hard like Kettle potato chips, a lot of sharp ends and pieces. The burgers were overcooked. This order was nothing like my last order with McDonald's.

This was beyond terrible. They forgot sauces, a whole Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® and I paid for bacon, then they give me the coldest fries with some stale chicken nuggets. Please just put things that have been paid for in the bag.
