Fries were not hot and over cooked. I asked for mayo to be added to the burger and it was slapped on there so heavy I had to scrape it off which took the cheese with it. Just not a good experience. And there was no straw for the drink.

all of the meat was not just over cooked but burnt crispy. the double quarter pounders had 2 different sized meat patties on them and both were smaller than normal. mocha frappe was topped with Carmel for some reason. seems like major training is needed food was awful. I'm not sure which location this order Came from but this is the reason we drive to main Street in graham location instead of ordering online,or end of getting burger king because this locations food is so off

My fries were old and overl salty and they gave me a soda when I asked for tea and my Big Mac was cold meat was old I wish I had a car because I cou check it before receiving it unfortunately I have to do DoorDash

I got the 40 piece nuggets with 2 Large Fries and my fries were not fresh they were all soggy. I know it happens but they were also half way not even full to the top.
