my nuggets were super crunchy and juicy the fries were salty and perfect the big Mac was DELICIOUS I love McDonald's it's the best

I usually feel good about ordering from the location on Howard. I can no longer say that. Fries were under-cooked, soggy, and cold. Apple pie was cold and did not look or feel cooked. Chicken nuggets were way over-cooked. Cheeseburger had random pieces of food wrapped inside the wrapper with it. No straws with drinks. Ordered February 1, 2023 at 9:46 PM.

The lettuce on the mc chicken was old and discolored. The fries were extremely soggy and taste like they were cooked in old oil.

Very disappointed in my order this morning. I ordered cookies yes I love their cookies but when I got my order they gave me old hard cookies. I usually get fresh hot cookies. So disappointed
