asked for no mocha drizzle and paid for caramel. I received mocha drizzle and so much whipped cream that my cup was half full of coffee and no caramel drizzle. failed again

Always remember the little things like straws drinks and cutlery. Ihop never remembers those things. They forgot my drink three times.
