The Big Mac hadyo much sauce on it it want even together in the box either no pickles it fell apart right away to hard to eat it like that

Is there a reason I've been receiving diet sodas whenever I order online? the first time i let it slide, but it keeps happening without fail. Two completely separate drinks both got the diet version(that i can't drink because of the additive). Forgot to put in the actual sandwich and didn't include the ketchup you made us pay for. The fries are always perfect and the actual food is usually exactly what you pay for, so what's happening?
