The fries were not very fresh. They managed to get the order correct, but if you have severe allergies to onion, this isn't the location for you. It's not uncommon for me to need to be refunded for finding onion on a burger ordered plain. I only ask for a refund when it's too much for my son to pick off because he's not severely allergic. Still he gets disappointed when he can't eat them.

Fries were stone cold. Burger patties on the 4 regular hamburgers over cooked, nearly charcoal.Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese was excellent.

Other than forgetting our straws everything was as ordered. This has been a real issue in the past. So very nice to see such improvement at this location. As to our food it was as expected from the Arches, tasty, delicious and excellently prepared.
