Everything in the meal was good. The 10 piece nuggets and fries were fresh and the sweet tea was amazing

The chicken on the McCrispy was overcooked and dry. The McCrispy served here was worse than a usual McChicken and priced higher. Small piece of chicken as well. Quality of this item is way worse than when it was introduced. Chicken McNuggets were overcooked as well. Very few toppings on the Big Mac. It's almost just meat and bread.

My order was correct iwas so pleased to find a little cup holding my lemon that iorderedfor my hot tea. Actually, iwas really glad to see lemon. I also really liked the fact that my hashbrowns were done completely, and that they were crispy on the outsu , and tender on the inside. They also included the Splenda and ketchup that iordered. What a nice job!

No butter, utensils, or syrup
No hash brown
Only the Breakfast container that had old, dried sausage unfortunately with a couple napkins.
Happened twice in a row, tried to give another chance but it didn't work.

I recently purchased the "13 Cookie Tote" from your store, but I was disappointed to find that the cookies were frozen upon arrival. This significantly affected their taste and texture, making them unenjoyable to eat.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution, such as a replacement or a refund. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
