Well to start they threw my burgers into the bag partially unwrapped. The sprite was out of syrup so it was straight soda water. The burgers barely had any ketchup on them and the meat was crispy. Not to mention the patty doesn't even cover the whole bun anymore. Fries were cold but it is winter so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one.

Our double quarter pounder with cheese was pink raw in the center, we recieved unsweet tea instead of sweet tea, our French fries seemed to have been double cooked and stale tasting. The chicken nuggets looked and felt like they had been sitting for hours.

didn't get my fries, there was literally a drop of sauce on my sandwiches, Literally only 1 pickle on my chicken sandwich... very disappointed this place is usually great

You get the sauce you select maybe 10% of the time (I am a frequent customer). Today my order was missing the sauce and a medium chocolate shake. Very dissapointing. You only get refunded for the pre tax price of the item so now I have to spend extra to reorder the shake I wanted.
