Ordered a small mocha frappe & a medium frozen Fanta. Door Dash delivered & I was stunned to find that they didn't even fill it to the top of the cup, let alone the dome of the lid.
Also hash brown was overcooked & the eggs undercooked

2 Cheeseburger Meal was dry like they were also made hours ago.
chicken Deluxe McCrispy Meal sandwich was also dry and stale tasting.
order was late night (midnight) day crew might be better?

Sandwiches were pretty dark and burnt, never seen them that color. Flavor ok but we didn't finish them they were very dry and hard.

This store really needs to get it together. Orders are often incorrect (EXTREMELY tough to get no cheese on your burger or breakfast sandwich), ingredients randomly left off (no pickles on quarter pounder today), items completely missing (no fries with a combo). Had stopped going to them, but decided to give it a chance today, and the order was again incorrect. Going to just stick to the one on Colorado who are willing to give attention to detail.

French Fries and 20 pc. Chicken McNuggets® we're stale. Iced Caramel Macchiato tasted like there's no coffee in it even though I ordered an extra espresso shot. That's a $45 worth of garbage. Embarrassing. Do better.
