McChicken and fries were both hot and fresh, and the iced tea was perfect. Great experience!

This store has quality issues- I would never willingly stop at this one.
The one on Chicago and Damen is a well-oiled machine. Go to that one instead!

I've ordered before and the order was correct. This time though I got shorted. I had ordered 2, 2pc Strawberry and cream pies, and only got 1 order.
Maybe the store could credit my account, or issue some sort of coupon for the next order.
