I paid $24.70 for two Steak bagel meals through Door Dash. They were so dry and over cooked and the bagel was almost burnt.

Fries were stale and they both barely put any mayo on my chicken sandwich and the amount they did was in a line on the left side on both sandwiches. Didn't even give me a single ketchup packet when most of my items had them check marked to come with the items.

Again mixing up the sauces this is the second time like seriously how do you pick the wrong Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce it's green! Fries are also too salty

Rarely there is a hiccup with an order, probably a new employee or something along those lines. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but 95%+ everything will be exactly as you ordered. Been ordering from here at least once a month all pandemic. They been doing as well I would expect from anyone. Will continue to order.
