Pumpkin latte is (to my surprise and delight) amazing and way more affordable than what Starbucks is offering.

Nuggets I ordered are very dry. They failed to include my extra medium fry that I paid for. The ones we did get are also dry. I also paid an extra .23 cents for honey mustard and they failed to include this. They didn't give us the ketchup that we asked for or the ranch either. Who likes eating super dry nuggets without sauce?? This place constantly fails at getting orders correct. It's no wonder why they have so many terrible reviews. Shameful

The Cheeseburgers had hard buns, my fries were not in there. The McRib® Meal didnt have very muchbbq sauce and the Dr Pepper®s were all carbonation. It's frustrating when you spend this much money and get a meal that doesn't satisfy you. The Big Mac® was the only thing that was decent.

the food was good and they were better at special requests than other McDonald's but they didn't fully fill our fry cups and did not put straws in the bag. how do you drink a Carmel frap without a straw? the answer: very carefully.

Fries were stale and barely warm. The soda was supposed to be a Dr Pepper but it tasted flat like diet, had no carbonation at all. No straw was provided either. Burger was missing ingredients and they also failed to add the extra that I requested, instead they took it all off. For how expensive this was, they dropped the ball hard on quality.
