2 Medium French Fries were both cold with some unedible because they were hard. Ordered Coke® and was given Dr. Pepper and orderd Hi-C® Orange and was given fanta. Both with about 4 ice cubes and an inch of room left in the cup. Also no straws

This food came from the bottom of the holding warmers. My chicken sandwich was rock hard and rubbery, my fries were not just cold, they were like eating cardboard. I rea did think they could screw up chicken but the Sevierville McDonald's knows nothing-but how to serve cold and old food.
