Multiple times ordered sandwiches with "NO Onions" due to an onion allergy. Each time grill slip and receipt both acknowledge the "No Onions" and yet they still cover with onions. Very poor quality control.

The one in willowick. This one absolutely sucks. they never get orders right. I ordered 2 Sausage McGriddles® and they both have cheese on them. There's been so much more wrong with past orders as well.

Had to reorder and only hot $7 and some change back for missing items steak was burnt and so was bagel.
