The fries were undercooked and the chicken sandwich couldn't even be eaten! The bread was stale, and the chicken was hard as stone along the edges! Never been more disappointed in an order from McDonald's. At least my grandson enjoyed his chicken nugget portion of his meal. Also, I requested a toddler TOY and not the cushion pillow in his happy meal...he received the cushion pillow, anyway. Why put the option there if you don't follow through?

Big Macs were good, the McNuggets were nice and hot and the Mambo and Sweet and Spicy Jam sauces were delicious. Highly recommend them.

Inside of bagel was toasted, but burnt. it was black burnt. Half of hashbrown was overcooked or defective from where it was originally made. There was no potato in half of it. Also, no creamer in my coffee even though I selected it.

My shake tasted absolutely horrible, like the machine hadn't been cleaned properly. My shake tasted like it was mixed with two other flavors and had a chemical-burn like effect on my throat as I tried drinking it.

Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel was burnt and very hard just took sandwich apart to eat the bacon egg and the cheese. Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes eggs were watery which ruined the biscuit.
