My order was great and sealed perfectly. Fries were warm the spicy deluxe crispy is not for me even though I wanted something spicy. The smoothie was outstanding like always.

The food was ice cold. The fries were like rubber, burgers seem old and cold. My coke had little ice. Paid for a sundea, none in bag. Things are getting worse. Won't be back for a while. Just sad!
