They don't add anything to your coffee, so don't bother customizing it. You're only paying extra.

Food was perfectly cooked, I got extra salt on my fries and it was perfect. They also added some extra salt in the bad as well. I got a Big Mac Meal and 10 Piece McNuggets. The Big Mac came with extra Mac sauce and it was perfect. The driver did what was asked, and he was fast when he arrived as the food was still hot.
