I just would like to know....why send out food to people that YOU know you wouldn't eat yourself? This Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel is absolutely burnt. It is pretty obvious that bagel should have been tossed and another one made.

I'm always surprised at how hot my food is when I get it. In addition, my order is ALWAYS correct and well packaged to include correct condiments. Kudos to the staff!
