Bagel is so hard I cannot eat it!!! Then I request help and they want to offer $5 back. The bacon egg and cheese bagel cost more than that to reorder and I'd have to pay fees again. How does that make things right to the customer??? No complaints at all towards the dasher but this isn't fair to me.
