The cheeseburger bread was burnt, the order had no napkins, no straw for the drink.I ordered a Diet Coke, I received Regular Coke. It seems like every time I order from this restaurant things like this are always happening, Why?

Not sure if it's the McDonald's near my way, but everytime I order there seems to be something missing. Whether it's a sauce, or a 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets®. Maybe I'm ordering during a rush hour, but this seems to happen frequently.

Everything was good! My sprite just lacked flavor. It was seltzer. The syrup in my drink wasn't there, but it tasted good !
