Unfortunately, as usual, no syrup or butter was included in hotcake order. No apples for oatmeal. No place, when ordering, to remind them.

Requested no sausage in the big breakfast and the muffin and they both had sausage. Barely any eggs in the breakfast, muffin wasn't toasted and was really soggy. Latte was halfway through the cup without taking a sip.
